Team and Organisational Leadership are very different from One on One Leadership due to the many varying personalities in a team. Creating a team or organisational vision that is compelling to most team members so that you have a tribe instead of a group of people, creating buy in, communicating to large teams and groups, presenting skills, strategic time blocking, influencing and persuasion in large groups.
